Define Your Total Body Health - Will You Thrive or Just Survive?

!±8± Define Your Total Body Health - Will You Thrive or Just Survive?

Have you noticed how many of us make our way through life, chalking up our aches and pains, lack of energy and health problems to "Yuppie Flu" or "old age" depending on the stage of life we are in? True, we're all going to cross the creek at some point, but many of us look and feel like we're on a head-on collision with the Grim Reaper, hanging on for dear life. This article shows with the aid of a simple experiment that when it comes to your total body health you can choose to be ordinary or extraordinary in any age - of course!

To survive and successfully define two extremes of human functioning. Thrive is defined as making steady progress and prosper, to live or exist as defined survive. In the human, lives with peace, strength and health associated with survival during stress, fatigue and illness is associated.

In fact, one can say the degree of flowering, or simply live in an attitude of someone because form follows function. For the purposes ofthis article, "Form" is an attitude and total body health "function."

The more a person has collapsed or sagged, the attitude, come closest to the survival of the stage, while the more upright, aligned posture, the most flourishing stage approach. An attitude of survival is similar to the defense and a lively attitude is similar to that of implementation.

To prove this, try this simple experiment: Stand up and mount the shoulders forward. Move your head left and right. I felt very close andlimited right? Then lift your left arm straight up at your side. You will notice the tightness and the effort to lift the arm.

Keep collapsed the same position, try a deep breath through your nose. You feel tense and probably shallow. Finally, try to be happy - like you just won the lottery. Considered that was not that great? Why? Since the weak state of your body caught defending your opinion for the same weak defense.

Now available- Do you feel like you are touching a wall set at the stock, the shoulder blades and back of the head. Perform the above tests should take this "on-the-wall attitude." Surprisingly, you will notice a significant improvement in the flexibility of the neck and shoulders. You'll also be able to breathe more deeply, with less effort and even more happy and lively.

Why did this happen? The answer is simple. They blocked the function of the whole body by setting simple. This experiment demonstratestwo very important concepts: the body and mind are one and our posture determines our function.

The problem with our western society is that we don't consider these two concepts as they relate to our health. We like to think that the body as a collection of "parts" and that the mind is somehow separate from the rest of the body.

Our medical system is set up this way too. We have general practice physicians and then a slew of specialists that focus on different regions of the body. Even exercise equipment is designed to isolate individual muscles and yet when we walk or do work in the "real world" muscles must work together as a unit.

Is it possible that the key to total body health is as simple as improving your posture? The answer is YES! While the solution may seem simple enough, actually improving posture has very been difficult - until now. Here's why.

Our brain like all animals is hardwired for survival so it favors using mobilizing muscles that cause Gross body movement to move away from danger or remove a dangerous thing. Stabilize the core muscles like the muscles of the trunk and hips, as the foundation of the body and ensure that the posture, the body will tend to be weaker and less fortunate, whether they resist movement.

The mobilization of muscles need to "double duty" to do. Tightening because they have to assume the workload of the muscles weaker stabilization to compensate. Compensationmuscles cannot perform both jobs effectively so muscle strength and length imbalances develop, causing the body to progressively loose stability and collapse into the survival posture.

Just as a house built on an unbalanced foundation will eventually implode on itself, so too will our bodies if the core is unbalanced.

Compensation is a brilliant survival technique to help you run away from a grizzly bear but makes things complicated when you are trying to access the root problem of Muscle weakness. No matter how many sit-ups or the "basic training" is done, it is likely to strengthen the muscle imbalances and assimilate - like driving a car with bad alignment.

So, what is the solution to access to weak core muscles and restore the foundation of the body? Would not it be ideal if it is a technique, "activate" the power and to strengthen the weak core muscles to restore muscle balance and function for the entireBody?

The good news is that there is a technique called Myotonix that does just that. This is a manual technique, which can on the principles and techniques of osteopathy, acupuncture and trigger point therapy to improve posture. The results are immediate and amazing.

This article has shown that your attitude can determine the health of your whole body. To restore the function of the body to restore its shape. When it comes to flowering or survivors that is, will you choose?
